Returns & Refunds
Email me first before you return a kit
• I test every LED Strip before I pack it, so problems are unlikely. However, we all know "Things happen"
• If an item is defective when you receive it, email me right away (preferably with a photo) so we can figure out the quickest way to get you a FREE REPLACEMENT in time for your ‘Opening’
• Once you have started cutting wire and soldering connections the Kit is yours, regardless ….. so make sure you test the LEDs as soon as you open your Kit (see the ‘Instructions’ for Testing)
• If you chance to damage an LED during assembly or rehearsal, email me right away so we can figure out the most cost effective way to resolve your predicament and still meet your ‘Opening’ date
• If your show is cancelled, which alas does happen, email me right away to arrange a return of your Kit. You will be able to return your Kit (if it has NOT yet been cut or soldered) for a FULL REFUND of your Purchase Price, but NOT including my Shipping Costs. Sorry, but although the cancellation may not be your fault, it wasn't my fault either. To keep the pain as low as possible, you will be free to return your Kit by the cheapest method you can find, but you won't see your Refund until I receive the returned Kit in Original Condition
